This is easy:
The decision is the same as for unprotected sex:
Against - fun but ultimately fatal
With - confomist and boring but you live longer.

Always ride with the traffic. On a bicycle, you are a vehicle just like a car is a vehicle. You should follow all of the same laws as you would if you were driving your car. Avoid being too close to the edges of roads or curbs as you find yourself pinned by an unobservant motorists. Keep right, but not so far to the right that you might not be seen.

Most municipalities have laws stating that bicycles must obey all traffic laws that motorized vehicles obey. This would include the with traffic question. however, there is another reason for this, safety!
In the unfortunate event of a collision with a car/truck/etc..., your injuries will, by the laws of physics, be lessened if you are traveling in the same direction of the vehicle that hits you ( as it will, invariably be a rear end hit, unless you are superman/woman and YOU run into the car in front of you) the vehicle speed minus your speed will account for the crash speed/impact force. If you ride against traffic, your impact will be your kinetic energy PLUS the car's, resulting in a more serious accident.
Go with the flow not against it!

Always ride WITH traffic... all states have the same law. Walk or run against traffic (if there is no sidewalk). Always ride as far right as possible so other vehicles may pass.

It all depends. If you are riding on the road you have to go with the flow of traffice. If you are riding on the side, say on dirt, then you are allowed to go against the flow of traffic. The only reason for this is so the driver can sees you easier while you're driving. And if you're riding on sidewalk it doesn' t matter!

A bicyclist is to obey all the rules of the road that a car does. You ride with the flow of traffic. (If you are walking then you should walk against the flow so the you can see the traffic, not them you.)

Bikes are treated as if road traffic. You should be flowing with traffic in the far right side of the far right lane. If a bicyclist acts like traffic they will be treated like traffic. Much safer for everyone on the road.
