Guidelines don't apply to the American flag anymore. If it can be legally burned, then anything goes.

You can do anything you want with it includes burning the flag. It's not considered government property therefore it's just a symbol.

Don't fly in the dark, don't fly in the rain, don't let it hit the ground and don't fly other flags above it!!Especially Mexican flags!!

If you fly the american flag.....itmay be flown during the day...at dusk..the flag must be illuminated.
