You asked her to prom and she said yes, she'd love to go. During a slow dance she tried to move in for the kiss but you didn't think that it was the right time. You also went to a dance recital for someone you both know and she said that she was cold and tired. She then put her head on your shoulder and let it stay there for a couple seconds. Again, you did nothing because you have never had a relationship. You asked her out again after prom and she went to the movies with you. When you said goodbye, she leaned over and gave you a hug. DUH!!
I'm going through the same thing. I hug the guy I like a lot. I don't think he can tell. We joke around frequently. I just wish this guy would plant a kiss on my pouty lips...He's very reserved and shy but has said that he likes to tease me. So do I. There are days when he looks really cute. But that's not the only reason I'm interested; he has morals and doesn't degrade women.

You might send her the wrong message. Even if it is a kiss of goodbye you will defiantly have given her a new hope that you might like her too. Either it will make her happy to at least gotten a kiss from you or it will make her sad that even with your kiss she can't have you. Think through it carefully. Your curiosity might hurt.
