Jesus is God's only Begotten Son and the rest of Christians are adopted Son's and Daughters of God. Jesus the son of God is our only hope of salvation and life eternal in Heaven

All people on the earth are children of God. He is our Heavenly Father. He created our spirits prior to the creation of the world. We are here for the purpose of learning to discern good from evil, to choose the good, and to have joy. To that end, the firstborn of the Father (known prior to his earthly birth and ministry as Jehovah) was chosen from the beginning to take upon Himself the sins and afflictions of the world so that we all have the chance to become perfect and to return to live with our Father again after this life. So Jesus Christ is the firstborn of the Father, but we are also spirit children of the same Father.

God's Son is really all of us. We are all His sons, Jesus was the example for us, and there have been others. Our goal is to realize our heritage. The story of the Prodigal Son is OUR story. We left our father, came to this world of unhappiness, and our true happiness lies in His house. Jesus is my brother. So is Buddha, and Mohhamed, etc.
