i purchased a dell officejet A490 that has the fax, copier, @ scanner, but no CD to install it to my computer was included. The owner previously cant find the CD Program that came with it.

Hopefully what you are looking for are the drivers for a A940 and not A490 as posted, if so, you can go to this link and download what you need:
