Does anyone know where I can find a free version of Windows XP?I have lost my restoration CD's and am having a few probs, I'm having to run off another partition with Win98

Install Bearshare http://www.bearshare.com - it is a free file-sharing program as such, and then use the same proggy to search other peoples' puters for a full version with a cracked version or lisense key. Then use that one to d/load full Win XP or most versions of Windows. They usually provide you with the CD installation Product key too - but when you have installed - turn off 'Automatic Updates' in Windows, as it will download a Microsoft program which you may find annoying.

I really don't think that you can find a free version of windows xp, but for other things you can try www.download.com.
