You probably don't know this, but all women have white stuff in their panties since the vagina self cleans on the inside it emits a white/clear fluid which is then released into the underwear. The next time u have suspicions, maybe you should ask your wife instead of overreacting over things she has no control over.

Women normally secrete about a penny sized amount of discharge (no odor) each day. If there is an odor or the discharge is yellowish or greenish in color there may be an infection present. This is why many women wear panty-liners. They keep garments dry and stain free :).

Have you heard of kitty litter? The answer is this is clitty glitter and absolutely nothing to worry about. If you do not like to see it in her panties maybe subtly suggest a pantie liner that she can remove before you get sight of it. Other than that what is the problem, do you not have oral sex?

You may have given her an infection; she may need to see the GYN doctor, sometimes women get an infection, does not mean anything. Encourage her to have a pap test and the doctor can check her.
