it is a traditional German drinking song that has been used in several movies and shows.
it is NOT pronounced ziggy...

Something like chug-a-lug or down the hatch. I'm not sure how it is spelled, but it is in the German Oktoberfest song, "Ein Prosit."

First time i heard that was on The Man Show. I guess it doesn't mean anything. Besides, it wouldn't really matter to those drinking as they're drunk anyway Hahahaha.
