It hurts me when I get sensitive and moody, so I would Hope to get everyones ways to stop being sensitive or moody. If there is a effective affirmation way.Then please say so, Thanks.

Read a book called "Mind over Mood". If this does not do it, then see a therapist.

Get involved in helping others and your moodiness will leave. Support a mission, join a club, and definitely exercise (aerobics or jogging or some sort of a group class). You will definitely feel better.

As long as you like what your doing, who you are, where you're going and etc. Do you honestly care if it isn't the same as that of your neighbor's. As long as your happy- to high hell with everyone else! Life is too short to run around people pleasing all the time.

Check to see that it's not chemical. If not...get over it! You're a big person now, make big decisions. You don't have to feel that way if you don't want to. No one is putting a gun against your head. (At lease I hope not..oh, wait, that's the co-dependency part of me speaking.)

ok..just let it go..don't think much about something that does not really matter. ignorance is a bliss sometimes. but don't be afraid of stands your belief or thoughts.
