Fill with water do not fill past the noodles then microwave for 2 minutes with paper lid on loose then 30 seconds with lid completely off and that should do it.

You cant microwave it. just heat up some hot water for 5 minutes on the stove or 3 minutes in the microwave. Then put it in the cup and put something on top ( like a saucer or whateva) to keep the steam from coming out for about 5 minutes.

Its a quick meal.

Don't put the cup in the microwave. Get a microwave safe bowl/cup and put water in it and nuke the water for like 3 minutes. Then transfer the water to the cup and let stand covered for a few mintues... then enjoy... :o)

It's a new myth that microwaving "purifies" food. Microwaving heats the food with short-wave (about 1-2 inch wavelengths) radio waves to agitate the water molecules in the food without having to heat the intervening air like in a conventional oven. Ramen isn't more "chemical" than other prepackaged food and microwaving won't be helpful or harmful.

They shouldn't ..You are suppose to heat up a cup of hot water and pour it in the cup and leave the lid shut for a few minutes so the steam and water can soften the noodles.
