please don't pretend that you don't know what "bad behavior" or misconduct at school is.

yes! I would agree that misbehavior from Christian students at school is indicative of 100%, first class, sheer hypocrisy.
Why sugar coat that?

I'm sure some of them are, but others are the worst-behaved students in the class. I suppose it depends upon whether their parents teach them that kindness and charity are Christian values and model kind, charitable behavior or not.
Unfortunately, those Christians who act badly often give the rest of us the impression that Christianity is full of hypocrites. I remember, for example, how when my son was in elementary school and junior high, the biggest bullies in school, whether male or female, were all children of parents who were very actively involved in the biggest Baptist church in town. It gave me a very bad impression of that church and the people who go to it, and I still wonder to this day why those kids' parents didn't teach them the Golden Rule.

No, not at all. As followers of Christ they are often confused and mislead.
a). Christ was a Jew (do as I do, not as I say).
b.)Christ did not write anything down that the Church (Vatican) will show the public, so all accounts of what he may have said are questionable.
c.) Christians have a fairly long standing tradition of being rebellious toward any government/ruler/dogma that does not
suit their needs.
d.) Since Christ went ahead and set a such a wonderful precedent and sacrificed himself for their sins before they were even born, they might as well sin it up to make it worth his while.

Of course. they were thaught to behave form the bible. but you have to understand one factor that they are teens and sometimes they go a little overboard. It also depends on what kind of character they have. I know friends who dont behave like christians but never mean no harm. They just fool around too much. You have to understand theyre young thell get the picture soon.

One would expect that after all the Christian values taught in church and at home Christian students will exhibit exemplary behavior and positive attitude in school.Otherwise, one would think their Christian upbringing failed in making them true Christians in thought, word, and deeds.

The problem with a lot of Christian teens is that they are Christian only because they have been raised Christian. They go to church because their parents make them, not out of love for God. So, no, I don't really expect them to be die-hard moralists.

Good question !
The greatest damage done to Christianity is by the hypocrisy of some of the believers.

Absolutely not! Parochial schools are notorious for their covert perversion, due to the repressive nature of their dogma and doctrines! Many a friend of mine were molested and/or raped in 'Christian' schools.

I went to school with 2 ministers sons, and they both were the most unruelly, foulmouthed, creaps that you would ever want to see. It has seemed to me that most christian kids have a "holyer than thou" attitude.

No. They've been sheltered all their life and taught this is wrong that is wrong. College years are an experience. People need to find out for themselves
