This is the only way to get our kids out of harms way. No army can win when the locals are helping the terrorists.

It is my opinion that we should start allowing the Iraqi Army to take control (Of course when ready). NATO has been a great help in the Global War on Terrorism, by taking a majority of a sector in Afganistan. Coalition Forces are in Iraq, still to this day... The Republic of Georgia, Britain, Japan, Korea, the list goes on.... You go to remember, it a team effort there in Iraq... though I can't wait for the day we can hand the reigns over to the Iraqi Security Forces and go home to the family.

No, the UN has no military authority or significant force. NATO is all but history and Israel, although they have a very capable military, is not liked by Arab nations and it would be seen as a Zionist threat.

HA HA HA! !! !! You're NUTS!!! The people DO NOT support the insurgents or the terrorists or any of their objectives. You don't understand the situation on the ground or geopolitically, and I very much doubt you've served your country in combat either. So, you think the military section is the right place to post this?
