My fiance and I are having a hard time searching for someone to perform our wedding who isn't a Minister or Rabi or religous representative. We're looking for either a notary republic or justice of the peace. Any help would be greatly apreciated.

You can find a full listing of notaries in your area through the Florida Dept of State:
http://notaries.dos.state.fl.us/not001.html

Just search on your zip code and you'll get a full listing.

The other option is to have a friend become a notary (it's cheap and easy) and have them perform your wedding!

They can take care of everything online:

Hope this helps!

Call your local City Hall. They will be able to provide you with a list of registered officiants in the area.
Make sure they are registered... I have heard of that scam a few times.

I know that mormon bishops can afficiate non-denominational weddings and that is what they do most of the time.
