OMG I love this! I thought WE were nuts. We make up silly songs or change the words to existing ones. On second thought, we do this to the Pomeranian too. She loves to hear her name and get lots of attention. We also have silly voices--each animal has his/her own voice to speak in, we help them out there. I thought we were weird. The funny thing is that we have done this for so long that I automatically do it now to other people's cats at their houses. People tend to look at me funny.

I make up songs and sing to my cats all the time. They like it.

Gees lol. Trust me you're not as bad as me lmao. I talk through my cabbit (still a cat but anyway), make her stand on her hind legs and dance, I've dressed my cats up in baby clothes that I wouldn't put on my child lol...so trust me, there is nothing wrong with singing to your cat lol..

no, thats not nuts! i have songs for all 4 of my cats (two christmas songs- o-christmas tree and we wish you a merry christmas) with the cats name in it! (lol)

My cats are Fonzi and Fiona. I take songs that already exist and change them to their names. They respond well to it, though, and often times come over and stare at me or chirp when I do it.
