I just bought a kicker L7 square 12 inch sub, an amp, new door speakers and tweeters, and a keyless entry. What else could I do to hook it up?

two things come to mind.
With all this extra equipment, better security system would be worth, and might reduce insurance (unless that's what you meant by keyless entry).
with new door speakers you could add an amp to drive those. It maintains quality at high volume better than the factory unit. Even a quality 50wx4 channels would be a huge improvement over the factory head unit.

Well if you're talking about purely audio equipment, you might want to buy a better Head unit, that has higher power or additional features such as MP3 capability, DVD, etc.
You might consider updating power source such as the battery, cables, speaker wiring, or adding a capacitor.
Also you might consider stripping it and adding a mat (dynamat, etc.) for improved sound quality, to inside of door panel, or trunk, etc.
