You would have to prove that she did it. It could be considered Slander, Harassment, Identity Theft and possibly Fraud. You might call up a lawers office and ask what you should do. Who knows maybe you could sue and get some $$$ or at least a good apology and hopefully the removal of the email and crap.

It depends... if the emails were threatening or slanderous in nature, then yes, it would most likely be a crime. However, just impersonating someone on the internet is not a crime in and of itself, otherwise, most people who use the internet would be in the slammer :o)

The only way that could have happened is if she used your account or if she created one in your name. It is a form of identity theft. now whether it is against the law or not I don't know.
