chicken quasidias
first heat a pan at med high and start chopping an onion, then get some chicken tenders from the store and cut those into small slices and brown those and the onions in the same pan add some extra virgin olive oil and then 2/3 cup of water and a taco seasoning. Let settle a bit and then place the amount of cheese that is desired and add the chicken (can be spread among 4) on some large tortilla shells. Put in the oven at about 350 degrees for 15 minutes and 30 minute meal done....

If you don't like that try foodnetwork.com and look at my all time favorite chef's page, Rachel Ray...she has a show about 30-minute meals.

This is a quick, tasty summer meal:

Cheesy Chicken Breasts
Bagged Salad
Cantaloupe or Watermelon Chunks

To make the chicken: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pound 4 boneless, skinless chickens breasts as flat and tender as possible. Lightly spray non-stick cooking spray in oven safe metal baking pan, and arrange chicken in dish. Sprinkle lightly with garlic salt and paprika. Top each breast with a slice of white cheese like provologne, and then sprinkle seasoned bread crumbs over the top. Very lightly spray the top of the chicken breasts with the cooking spray (for browning of the crumbs), and then cook at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes or until golden brown and chicken is done through.

While the chicken is baking you can throw your salad in a bowl, chunk the cantaloupe and set the table. Voila! Thirty minutes later and you are done cooking. :)

Make a double portion taco meat mix as usual using 2 lbs of gound meat, 2 packets of seasoning (or your own seasoning) and 1.5 cups of water. When that is done add 1 jar of salsa and 8 oz of sour cream. Simmer for about 4 minutes.

Serve in individual bowls topped with shredded cheese with tortilla chips. A hearty meal that is easy to make. Everyone will love it.

Pasta with olive oil. Shake on some garlic powder, Parmesan cheese and dried parsley to taste. Add some tomatoes if you like. A little black pepper is good too.
