Do a search for "Windows Genuine Advantage crack" (quoting only the first three words). You can remove a couple of registry keys, a couple of programs, and a couple of DLLs. Some of those results will go so far as to give you "updated" versions of these files to restore your lost functionality.

It is not a virus. Either your copy is counterfit (fake CD Key) or it is installed on more than one PC.

Purchase a legel copy of windows XP. ITs quite cheap now so you should go out and by it !!!
