You just need to practice more with her. whatever you do don't let her go when she wiggles. if you do than she will learn that wiggiling will get you to stop whatever it is that she doesn't like. Practice touching her paws whenever you can. When she stits still praise her. She will come to understand that she will be rewarded for sitting still for you.
Practice makes perfect.

Relax your dog. Hold firmly but not too tight. Give treat after cutting nails. dogs are NOT weird just because they dont like to cut their nails. It just means you have to be patient. Cut nails every week if nails don't grow yet pretend to cut

I use a Dremel Grinder. A small one. My dog still wiggles, but it is safer than cutting the nails.

Mine was the same way, she hates having her feet touched. I usually take her to a groomer who will just do nails for around 6 or 8 dollars, but if you want to do it yourself, try kneeling right next to them and grab one paw as close to the foot as you can and then clip as quick as possible. After I did the first nail and she realized it didn't hurt she let me do the other ones, but I had to keep a really strong hold on her leg just the same.

Take her for walks on concrete sidewalks and you won't have to cut her nails - they will wear down by themselves quite quickly.

Put her on a table or someplace high, this usually intimidated the dogs and they are scared they will fall and have someone else hold her for you while you trim them.
