They have the exact laws we want here for the most part but can't get any results from our leaders.
Mexico can hurt and kill us there legally, but god forbid we violate their civil rights here to protect our families.

It is a felony to be illegal in Mexico, they WILL deport you or jail you even on the first time. You cannot own ocean front real estate. Real estate is not truly owned by immigrants and can be taken away at any time. You must speak Spanish. You will not qualify for some jobs unless you are a Mexican citizen born of Mexican citizens. In fact, special provisions had to be made for President Fox, who is obviously a Mexican citizen, because his mother came from Spain. Mexico just passed additional restrictive laws regarding employment for non-native Mexicans, even if you are naturalized. There are actually alot more, and it is a hot subject right now so you can probably find a ton of information on the web.

Your question left me wondering if you meant for a Mexican citizen to enter the U.S. or a U.S. citizen to enter Mexico. I am assuming it is for a Mexican citizen to enter the United States. It takes a Mexican Passport and a Visa from the U.S. now is the fun part ,for the Mexican citizen to obtain a Mexican passport ( mind you from his own government ) he must first own his home have a bank account and tenure on the job. Impossible when he is drawing $ 6.00 per day trying to feed his wife and children/ think about that then maybe you can understand why they are here illegally. Worse 100s of U.S Corporations are,as I write this in their country exploiting these people with these wages with the full knowledge of the U.S. Government and the Mexican Government. The immigration problem is and easy fix. The U.S. can force the U.S. Corporations to pay at least the $ 5.35 minimum wage and all the Mexicans will stay home

Mexico has the strictest immigrations laws in the western hemisphere. Please check the links provided by another poster. This is a perfect example of the hypocrisy that Mexico is showing it's self to be.
