you are on a car for a traffic accident, upon arriving at the scene one of the people invovled is the police chief ( or capt)
They are obviously drunk and you witness them pouring out some beverage.
They order you at the scene to forget it and they will handle it.
You call your supervisor ( sgt) who pulls up to the scene but he is also drunk and goes over and start laughing with the police cheif ( capt)
What do you do.

as a matter of fact yes when did they start hiring guys who look 14 and what happened to being a certain height to join the force... i mean how serious can you take a 5 foot guy that looks 15 years old. kinda does something to the image ... sorry
