If you find a good site to teach your daughter English and spelling then I recommend 'you' spend some time looking at it and digesting it also!
I am not an English teacher, but your written English and spelling is diabolical.
I feel very sorry for your daughter trying to understand what her own mother has written!
You must be from the USA, yes?

Well there's always neopets, and that's got great games, and you can set up things so they can't access message boards and stuff like that. You might wanna do a yahoo search for Virtual Pet sites, or visit apexwebgaming.com they have a huge list of pet sites many of which are suitable for younger children to join.

Please be extremely careful of the sites that you allow them to visit. Neopets.com is very safe with all of the controls. Barbie is not safe. I had cybersitter on my computer and when I viewed the logs, it showed someone trying to get on with my girls. It is now off limits for them.
PBSKIDS.org, scholastic.com, rif.com all are great sites. They are educational and have some great games as well.

Television networks usually have sites. So try typing in kid's T.V channels and you will find some good ones.

You can try nickjr.com,disney,cartoon network. You do realize that you should monitor them and stay with them when they are online,don't you? Do not use it as a babysitter otherwise you may find yourself in a situation that you do not want to be in.
