It's such a retarded commercial!! They repeat the same thing 3 times... i guess we've all remembered it, and that's exactly what they want!

It's for migraines, basically it is made up of a menthol base with other natural ingredients. It's no different that using mineral ice or anything menthol.

It is a medicine you rub on your forehead for headaches. I know someone who had terrible migraines and Pain On helps her.
