For the most part; yes, they are. However, there is a worldwide movement amongst Jews who are accepting Y'shua as Messiah. They are known as Messianic Jews.

Orthodox Jews are still waiting. Messianic Jews believe the Messiah has already come; Jesus Christ. If I am am wrong I apologize. This is just what I read somewhere.

I heard a Rabbi on radio answer wisely. When Messiah comes, the Rabbi said if he ever got to meet him, he would ask "oh, by the way, is this your first visit here or your second?". That would answer a lot of questions.

Most Jews I know are modern people with modern, rational, world views. So no, they are not still waiting the fulfillment of ancient folk tales.

Oh, you mean the ones who don't believe in the Deity of Christ. I would assume so. I wonder if the antichrist will deceive them into believing that he is the real Christ. Just a thought.
