As my professors have referred many other patients, your best bet would be to do some research.

I have actually come across to a similar situation in the past while doing placement at St. Michael's Hospital, and my recommendation to you would be to contact the national office of Parkinson's Society Canada at (416) 227-9700.

They are located here in Toronto:
4211 Yonge Street Suite 316
M2P 2A9

They will certainly point you in the right direction.

I wish you the very best of luck, dear.

You may want to look into this program for your mother. Best of luck with everything.

The Functional Neurosurgery Programme at the Toronto Western Hospital and the University of Toronto is dedicated to the treatment of Parkinson's disease and other movement disorders.

I'm in Toronto and I believe you should look up Toronto's Western General Hospital for more information.
