Use a good facial scrub, then rinse with very cold water, then use a toner. Hot water opens the pores, cold closes them.

you can use Preparation H , some think it is a funny thing but remember it shrinks hemmoroids and is just as good at shrinking pores and bags under your eyes.

after washing your face in the morning and before leaving the house, apply ice for a good 3 minutes or so. it will shut down your pores. do again at midday (after washing your face).

Not really sure, but witch hazel is a great toner and purifier, and it is very cheap, can buy at walmart. Just use cotton ball and apply after you cleanse then follow up with a moisterizer.
