Puke. Seriously...pee can be mopped, puke is often gloopy and slimy and chunky and must be first picked up and THEN mopped...oh, and it's way gross.
Perhaps I think this because as a mom of two boys, I have learned that if a two year old pees on the floor because he doesn't make it to the potty, it's way easier to clean up than if an eight year old vomits in his bed--or even on the floor. Ewwwwwww...

It's not an easy 2pts when I'm competing with a bunch of people who have a 50% chance of having the same answer as mine.
Having said that, I would have to say puke is far more gross than pee. There is a way, just by asking yourself a few questions, to decide which is more gross.
1. If you were deserted on an island and there was no plant life, no bug life and no fish in the water around you......and you had to choose between sustaining yourself on either your own pee or puke.....which would it be? OH most definitely, it would have to be pee, who could eat or drink their own puke??? (That is rhetorical, I don't REALLY want to know :)
2. If you HAD to have someone dump either pee or puke on you, which would it be? Again, definitely pee. Pee is wet and sure, it smells but having puke dumped on you is just....just....EWWWWW
3. If someone would pay you one million dollars to eat a gallon of puke or half a million to drink a gallon pee....which one? OK, OK...maybe that wasn't a good one. There would be many people who would opt for the puke, purely for the mil. I, on the other hand would choose pee.

Puke is so much grosser than Pee. Think about it it's all foods mixed together and it has stomach acid in it. It smells horrific. I mean pee smells bad and is nasty too but at least it's just a liquid. I mean puke can be some parts solid chunks. Ewww. I'm bout to throw up just thinking about it.

Puke is grosser. Pee is just water and nutrients the body wants to get rid of, it is also sterile. Puke is a mixture of food and your stomach acid.

As a mother of several children who have done both to me: I hate puking; it makes me feel like puking. Pee just feels like hot water.

puke, definetly! Im a nurse and projectile vomiting is never fun and trust me, it always happens without warning when you don't have gloves on or a pan to puke in. I LOVE MY JOB!!!!

Well my husband once got food poisoning once and while he was peeing / pooping in the commode he was puking in the tub. Now that right there is sexy.
