ok, wat happens if 2 minors that are the same age have sex???

isn't it illegal?

yeah underage will he go to jail??

Two underage minors can have sex and legally nothing can be done if it was consensual. However, the parents of those minors can be investigated by Child Protective Services for not adequately supervising the children.

Listen to cousinned. He's right, if they're both minors and it was consentual, there is no legal infarction. HOWEVER, if this act is made known to others, the Child Protective Services could be called. My wife volunteers for the Women and children's alliance, aka battered women's shelter, and belive it, CPS can trash the life of BOTH of your families. You could be taken from your parents and placed with foster parents and there ain't a darn thing you can do about it. Once CPS comes in, your life is most likely going to change forever. I know from experience. My familys' experience. Your parents WILL be devastated. Do yourself a favor. Save yourself and your parents a lot of unwarranted pain, wait until you're older if you can. I remember at that age what it was like. Most everybody goes through that part of life. Some do what they want. Some do what is right. You're at the age when a person's hormones start raging, and it ain't no fun holding back. But if you won't hold back for you and his sakes, will you do it for your parents? Losing their trust is easy and near impossible to get back. But building that trust with them will make YOU a better person, and THEY will have even more reasons to speak with pride about their daughter. for the record, I have a 14 year old daughter and currently her mother and I speak with MUCH pride about her. Legally, nothing. As long as you are both between the ages of 16 and 18 you should be fine. If one of you is under 16 and the other over 16 there may be a problem. It varies from state to state.

It's not illegal for two consenting minors to have sex. It should be something taken seriously, and if you do be sure to practice safe sex by using a condom.
