It depends on the age of his daughter, it is quite normal for a father to bathe infants or new borns. The problem is however that many men aren't exactly the most trustworthy of the lot, and that is where the stigma arises. If you trust your husband or the father of your child, there shouldn't be any concerns about whether or not he should bathe the young kid...however when the kid becomes older it is only respectful of her to have a woman around.....just because it is better that way and there is a line that is drawn between her privacy and the amount of respect her father gives her.

If this is an infant daughter we are talking about between the age of 0-3 years of age then father may be alright. any older than that then daddy is a pervert! After age 3 all girls should be bathe in the presence of a female just out of respect for her privacy. By this age she should be learning things such as modesty and respect for her body and her physical privacy.

in these day and time its not a good thing for for fathers brothers any males to be left a long with a child its usually be the people we think we know

It's not right for a father to give a girl a bath even if she is his daughter. He absoultey should not unless he had to.

simply because she is female u r male there will always be some kind of suspicion and maybe some one suspects the father can't be trusted or have had a history of somethin bad

I believe if the child is over 8 years old she/he should be able to bathe themselves. They know by then what they need to do.

when I was little ( 3-4) my dad use to give me bath which was fun, but he would never take off his cloths...but not after that... I start to do it by myself
