delicious low fat and low cal options - not only salads and fruit - fresh sandwiches, cooked veggies not just potatoes and fries, less glutinous desserts like frozen yogurt - remember that?!?! We can have fast food without burgers, subs, and chicken. Just because its fast doesnt mean we cant use a fork and knife! Lets hope for slow cooked pork and carrot fries in our future.

Stop using vegetable oils to cook food like french fries. Go back to beef tallow and stop using margarine and use butter.

I'd like to see Mediterranean food--it's healthy, usually low-fat, lots of vegetarian options, and it's delicious!
