You better not to use "F" words in Chinese. They regard face (面子) is most important in their life, and no Chinese ppl want to lose their face in front of other ppl.
You call them individually to another room and talk.
If they felt they were crashed their face, and embarrassed, they won't come to office anymore, or, they will get together strongly more more more....
Their thinking is totally different from US, Japan and Europe.
Let them voice their complaint out first, then talk.

Chinese is spoken in our household. Your question can't be satisfactorily answered via the written word. Chinese is in Chinese character and if the word you seek is attempted in English phonetics, it still cannot translate well enough in "pronunciation" so that you'd say it correctly. That said, it's better to demonstrate a higher level of maturity than those you complain about, and not involve yourself in what you perceive (but don't truly know) is offensive behavior. Good luck to you.

Anne, it depends where you are living in China... The locals usually do not swear foul words in the national (formal) language. They usually swear in their local dialects like Shanghainese, Cantonese, Hunanese, Fujianese etc. Beijing's dialect may sound similar to the national language, but when they swear in their local accent, you would not be able to tell anyway. There are over 50 dialects used in China...So, it is difficult to help you here.
Just be yourself and try not to guess what people are saying. They may not be talking about you anyway. Not knowing these dialects is in fact a blessing in disguise, from where I see it.

'on the treadmill' is correct...there are many dialects in chinese culture.
my foul words in chinese are only limited to mandarin, hokkien (min), cantonese, hakka & teochew. *giggle*
why bothers with what others talking behind your back?
if they have guts, they'll say it in your language in your face....only losers curse you behind your back, or utter in a foreign tongue!
