They just had a baby together a month ago while we were still together (no knowledge that she existed/pregnant) it's just eating me up inside. I saw him this evening but he didn't see me. I can't stand the thought of running into them..........

He had a baby with another girl while he was still with you? Why are you fretting over this guy - you should be glad to be rid of this jerk! I still have to deal with my ex-husband because we have a 10 yr. old together, and we each have 50% custody. But I look at it this way - my ex (a big jerk) has re-married. Now his new wife is stuck with him (and I'm not!). I am re-married to a wonderful man - I definitely got the better deal here! And like someone said earlier - living well is the best revenge. Be glad that he is gone and that she is stuck with him - someone better will come along.

I would write an anonymous letter to the woman but not just yet....give her time to get over the birth of the child besides it's not her fault he did this. If I were that girl I'd want to know but you'd have to be prepared for her to blame you which is what a lot of women do in these situations which is why it would be better to remain anonymous or you could move house and forget about it.

If you can move, do so. Otherwise, you must heal your broken heart and learn to trust again. Call a marsvenus coach for how to heal through all of your sadness, anger, fear, and regret. why must everyone hate there ex? i am better friends with my ex now then when we were together! you gonna have to bear with it, see if you can change things around. be positive!see if you can start off again with a fresh start, become friends, there has gotta be something with him that doesn't make you grind your teeth. think of something you can do together that wont bring any negative thoughts.

Then move. You can not expect him to. You should be happy for them. I know its hard. But, it takes more energy to be mean and hate someone then it does to forgive them.
