I used to when I was a child. As an adult I'm too busy working and doing chores and watching good television programs to go outside on a nice spring night and do that like I used to. I guess a part of me thinks I've seen the night sky a million times before and I'd find it a waste of time. I shouldn't think that way.

Heck yes! It sure is. When I was five and lived in Arvada, CO, I'd climb the back of our playhouse and climb onto the roof on the neighbor's shed and lie there for a long time. It was less steep then our roof, and a better view then on the ground.

Yeah. I got a digital camera with really good night capabilities. I spent a whole night taking pictures of all the stars. I wish I had a good telescope.

I do. It's such a great, amazing feeling... in the summer, when we go to Romania, the sky is so clear, and there are millions and millions of stars.

I used to do that a lot as a teenager. I still do once in a while (I'm now 47).
My wife and I enjoy camping, canoeing, and just taking in nature.

Just reading your question makes me want to go out and do it myself, but it's summer here and I'd get chiggers all over me. I'll wait until winter when there is less pollution.
