How about kabobs. They're really delicious. Place sausage, cheese and olives(optional) on skewers. Serve over white rice placed on a bed of romaine lettuce. For presentation you can use mini cookie cutters to shape the cheese into ties, socks, tools or dads favorite things. Enjoy.

Do a gift basket include some of your Dad's favorite things and include his all time favorite cheese and sausage in the little single size packages so they are just for him to enjoy.
