Well, you could choke on it and die- or it could get hung up in your insides somewhere and create a blockage. Latex has chemicals in it you don't want to ingest either.
But it would most likely just pass though your body.

Actually balloon plastic is quite dangerous and damaging on the intestines, you shouldn't do it and if you decide to anyway, you just better pray that it passes through your body correctly without any side effects.

It would just pass through your body and you would poop it out. Unless you were allergic to the materials of the balloon.

I think nothing will happen. I have read news report of criminals trying to smuggle drugs in condoms by swallowing it. They fill it and swallow it and next day they take it out from their Poo !

nothing, ive seen in movies the drug traffic'ers use people who would eat drugs wrapped in baloons to transport the drugs, then sh it them out on the other side...

i don't want to try that! But if you do it i beg you dont because if you even get through swallowing it, it will stay stuck in your throught and you will sufficate and die.

PLEASE DONT TRY IT!!! Nothing should happen to you if you are not allergic or you dont CHOKE on it. It will pass through your body normally and it will end up in your waste.

you would die from the helium located inside your esophagus. the helium would then proceed to blow up the baloon inside the middle of your esophagus choking you to death.
