Tell him but be prepared for his current girlfriend to do the same thing down the road if does choose you for now. If he jumps at the chance to be with you again he could just as eaily be swayed to go back to her. You may end up in a love triangle (no fun) He could end up playing both of you. ...I'm sure there is a reason he is your ex boyfirend.

If he is seeing someone else, you should think real hard about telling him how you feel. I did this recently and got my heart broken. You should probably try to move on.

Let him go... unless you want to cause trouble with the relationship he's already in. If he werent with someone else then it would be ok to say it, but it could cause mixed emotions now.

Okay, if you are saying that he is your ex, then he is... that is it. Please don't try to hurt yourself espacially when he is with someone else.... you got less chances of getting him back.
