You hardly ever see anything butterscotch...it's always chocolate, chocolate, chocolate !!!! Why is buttescotch so discriminated against, it's sooo good.

I buy butterscotch pudding, my kids and I mix it with ice cream and make what we affectionately call "butterscotch milkshake plus". To be honest we don't spend a lot of time naming things.

well, I love butterscotch candy, cookies, ice cream, ice cream Syrup, pudding, pop corn, brownies, and liquor,
Title: BUTTERSCOTCH SAUCE
Categories: Desserts, Sauces
Yield: 2 cups
1 c Light cream
1 c Brown sugar, packed
1 c Corn syrup, light or dark
1/3 c Butter or margarine
1 t Vanilla
1/8 t Salt
Measure all ingredients into saucepan. Heat and stir over medium heat
until mixture boils. Boil and stir for 2 minutes. Cool. Makes 2=BD
cups.

I love butterscotch, I even named one of pet golden retrievers butterscotch once.
I would rather have this than chocolate on my icecream anytime.

Hey, if your a drinker you should try a drink called a "Buttery Nipple*". I'm not kidding, that is what it is called. You mix (on ice) 1/2 buterscotch shapps and 1/2 Balies irish cream.
This drink AWSOME if you are a buterscotch lover.
