According to most medical professionals, tinnitus, or ringing in the ears, is irreversible, and there is know known cure for it.
As for the TV cures, as long as they don't hurt you, maybe they are worth a try.

The ones I have taken for my tinnitus seemed to be herbs and vitamans. I havent found that any of them worked but I didnt see any harm in taking them.
