I'm a sex-ed teacher to primary school so I'm going to treat this as a true question.

Women have ovaries which produce eggs. WOmen also have a uterus which is where a baby is held for the 9 months.

Men do not have these things. Men have testicles which produce the sperm which then fertilize the eggs.

In some species (fish and reptiles mostly) it is the males that carry and care for the babies. Because, they are "built" for it.

simple as that.. their anatomy does not allow them to have children.. they are not sensitive enough to understand a baby's need automatically.. honesly I would prefer my husband getting the child.. ouf. would be less hassle but it's not the case
