It is a two edged sword, it both hurts our economy and helps it.
The corporations,who are able to save money by hiring illegal aliens and paying them a lot less, are able to revenue a lot more each year, making it so that others earn a higher pay in higher end positions, and produce more of their products. But it hurts it by having to help them financially with medicaid, and the loss from unpaid debts they may get into. See hyscience.com for comments and information about it.. I have a problem if they come and go as they please, if we let a few in, we have to let in a lot more causing overpopulation of lower income families, and more funding for lower income living quarters... but at the same time who else would do the type of jobs americans have a hard time finding someone to fill them? Like put out forest fires?

I don't think illegal aliens hurt the U.S. economy, but they do present some discomfort for some Americans. Problems such as cheap labor, "taking away American jobs," over population, and gang violence are some of the issues that need to be discussed because they may present some problem to the local, state, or federal government. The government should secure the border by increasing security if they want to decrease the amount of illegal aliens entering the country.

Look under government benefits and spending. Look under California spending and what has happened in their health system
Yes they hurt-not that they mean too it is just the results of the masses.
See it and understand it-some have reason for their outcry. Rather than deny use your energy to find solutions.

We should CLOSE the border to anyone trying to enter illegally BEFORE we do anything to or for the ones in this Country now.
YES< they suck the lifeblood out of the nation.

I know I can not get a decent drug program anymore because of budget cuts ,programs are running out of funds. So count me as one in those numbers.
