Try hydrocortezone or an antihistamine like benadryl

Is it allergic? If so, take Benedryl or try Claritin if benedryl makes you drowsy. Avoid the thing that makes you itch.

Is your skin dry? Don't take hot showers and use lotion.

If it is itching all over your body, don't use hydrocortisone all over. Too much hydrocortisone (ingredient in itch cream) can cause hormone problems because it is easily absorbed into your body and suppresses normal cortisol production.

Maybe you have bed bugs. Check your sheets.

Maybe it's your clothing, wool for example. Though it is summer time.

Hi has your mum recently changed her washing powder / fabric softener ? Even if she has not the body can all of a sudden become allergic to anything. Im thinking of these as you say in particular it is at the bra line and then stops after a couple of hours. Take an antihistamine and go see your doctor.

take benadryl also you can put dry uncooked oatmeal in a large tube sock, fill a bath will luke warm water and let the water run over the oatmeal sock creating a milky color to the bath. then get in and let the sock float around and you can ring out the oatmeal sock over the itchyess parts Do not take benadryl before getting in bath as it will cause drowsiness and I wouldnt want you to drown

You may have scabies, or just an allergic reaction. If it is ALL over the body, maybe you should go to the Emergency Room and get looked over.

For itchiness you can try a dry skin cream or take an oatmeal bath. This should relieve the itchiness.

Have a lovely rest of the day.
