Not knowing you - I would spare her not saying you were in heaven or hell. I would comfort her and offer to help in anyway I could..., perhaps tell her you're in God's hands now. Any statement of your destination without knowing you would be a lie. And I don't want to lie about something like that as do so many well meaning souls.
I've seen some funerals of the meanest people on earth (fight, cuss, abusive to their wives and others, etc) who never came to repentance, who's deaths came so suddenly they didn't even have chance for a death bed state of forgiveness. YET the Preacher starts declaring the man is in heaven, dancing and singing with the angels.., and blah blah blah. There are ways of being respectful to widows and family members without lying.
It irks me to no end that people will declare certain dead people in heaven or hell and not even know the deceased. A lie is a lie and as a lie, its a sin. One can be honest without disrespecting family members.
When I pass from this life -I do not want some preacher assuming I am in heaven or hell. Just comfort my loved ones and leave the rest to God. I have heard the gospel in my life time and accepted it - and I know had I not, I would have a guaranteed reserved seat in BBQ city (hell).
So - a man makes his decisions in life - and when the final page of his life is turned - it is God who decides where the book gets shelved. Heaven or hell.

I would never be at your funeral because I don't go to them, ever. I have no connection with your wife so I don't think my words could heal her pain. I would wait till you talked to me from the other side and then I would pass any message you had for her on. That's about it.

I would say that you've made a difference in the lives of many and motivated me to question many things that I didn't really properly consider.

I would introduce myself (and give her a hug if it seemed appropriate). Then I'd listen.
I don't presume to know anything about you that she doesn't know. I've found that it's more comforting to people who are grieving to have someone to listen and be there than to have someone give them speeches and platitudes.
