so i know this girl that works for the family, but is not related. and i think that she is really HOT, and funny, and everything, i see her periodicly, and now she stoled my number and started txt messaging me.

It could just mean that she wants to come and swim in your pool. It could mean that she is interested in dating you. It could also be that she thinks dating the bosses son is a good career move.
You will not be able to tell unless you get to know her better. Why not let her come over - she will want friends along so she doesn't feel like she is going to an unknown guys house in a bikini all alone, so maybe invite some of your friends too, or people from the company for a little get-together. Get to know her a little - see what it's all about.

This means shes interested in some kind on relationship, whether friendship, or romantic, im not positive.
I think, if i were you, i would let her come over and swim in ur pool. let her invite her friends, and invite some of ur friends as well. have a good time. if u guys really hit it off, ask her out, something sorta casual though. then take it from there.

Tell her yeah you can come over and swim but i would like too talk to you so can you come alone.. and then have a good time with her tell her you like her and ask her if she wants to be with you. good luck
