i have this friend named Joe, and i like him more than a friend and he knows that. but hes cool with it. he doesn't like me but he was the one that asked for my email and when i email him he almost never emails me back and when he does it a mirecal why does he do that?

Maybe he does like you, Some men tend to stay away from a girl they like that likes them back just to make that girl more curiuos, interested, and into the man. Or, Sorry to say, maybe he doesn't like you and is trying to ignore you.

Ok sorry girl but "He just not that into you!"
This is the title of a book I read last year. After i read this years of torment and heartache made sense! It's by the writers of "Sex and the City". Authors Greg Behrendt and Liz Tuccillo are amazing. They go through the book explaning all the ways guys will subtly tell you that they are just not that into you. Unforchantly guys are too terrified sometimes to ever directly tell a woman,"You're not the one." but thier actions absolutely show how they feel. Find a guys that is worthy of YOU, don't settle for one your have to track-down.

Maybe he has a life. Doesn't spend all day waiting for an email from you.
Here is a question for you. If he responded to your email right away would you be as interested? Has he become your challenge?

It sounds like he emails you because your nice, but doesn't email all the time because he's not in a "relationship" with you.
Find someone who likes you to obsess over.

Yeah you're bugging him. Let it go or just be friends..friends don't harass each other they write and forget about it if they get an email back good if not oh well.

He is probably trying to make sure you get the message that he isn't interested- or just isn't one of those emailing a lot type guys.
It still sucks though.

some guys are like that... i have a friend like that and he just doesnt know what to say very often is what he's told me. theres just no come back. if youre good friends then dont be afraid that he doesnt want to talk, just take it as it comes and dont go too crazy writting too much learn to be brief with him

Simple.
He is "just not that into you". He has other activities that matter more to him than emailing replies to you.
Give it a rest.
Find some activities and interests to amuse and perhaps educate yourself, giving yourself a more full life.
