ILLEGAL is breaking the law!! If I break the law I will go to jail. What is the difference? The American people are tired of paying taxes to provide FREE medical care, schools, food stamps, housing, etc. to these criminals! If they are here legally, fine, otherwise, send them back and let their governments provide these things. It is not the responsibility of the American taxpayers to provide for these law-breakers. I am sick of people saying that these illegals should be treated the same as other immigrants that have come here legally. The legal immigrants have every right to become citizens of this country. The illegals think that they should automatically become citizens while they are breaking the law by being here? They are demanding their rights? What rights? Give me a break, they have no rights in this country. Since when do criminals tell the government what they will or will not do? It is time for this country to take control of the borders and keep criminals out. Try going to another country illegally and see where you wind up! You can bet that you will not have rights (other than your right to occupy a jail cell) and you will not automatically become a citizen of that country.

I disagree. It is not just a piece of paper. It is 'space' and 'room in the system' every bit as much as a plane ticket means you have a seat on the plane. If you take a seat that isn't yours, you are stealing it.

We don't have room and aren't willing to subsidize more poor immigrants than we allow here by law. Those who use our services without the right to do so are stealing. They aren't just without papers.

That makes it sound like they bought the ticket, but lost it. In fact they have no right to it at all.

do you do anything illegal? not signal when changing lanes, speeding, impeding the flow of traffic,... i'll bet you break a few laws in your day. borders are for other governments not people, especially in the usa. "keep ancient lands, your storied pomp!" cries she With silent lips. "give me your tired, your poor, your huddled masses yearning to breathe free, the wretched refuse of your teeming shore. send these, the homeless, tempest-tost to me, I lift my lamp beside the golden door!" you may own your property but you dont own this nation & youre wrong.

if you're referring to immigrants. Anyone that came into the country without following proper procedures is an ILLEGAL alien, regardless of whether or not the government knows of them or not.
