why do black men love fat women?

this is a major epidemic im a slim black girl and i cant seem 2 get a black man wots goin on.

im pretty slim and can cook. i av my own flat, no kids and av my own money but yet black men seem 2 go for the fat option. Y

I blame the media. We constantly portray our men as oversexed booty addicts and our women as out of shape hoochie mama's desperate to do anything for a man, including carrying around a bunch of unhealthy extra pounds and wiggling our butts to draw attention. Most of us lack the education to understand that being out of shape is not in vogue! Once we change this image of ourselves we will know better and do better. We brainwash ourselves so much that we think good is bad and bad is good. remember, garbage in , garbage out! There are some black men out there who do appreciate a sister who takes good care of herself. I say bypass the idiot who wants you to maintain an unhealthy physique to suit his sexual fantasies. What good is having a man when your health is bound to fail due to lack of a good diet and exercise. A good black man would want his woman to be healthy. Keep looking sister they are out there! Try dating a Muslim, they appreciate a sister who is smart and fit :)

Black men do like slim women, it's just most black women are fat these days. Most of the women in our mother's generation were slim and toned. They had no problem getting husbands. My mother was a beautiful slender and shapely black woman when she married. She's still slim even in her 70s due to weight watching. She has been successfully married for 50+ years to my dad...a black man who absolutely detests fat women. Slender and fit women are most preferred. If you're slim and still having problems getting attention, then it is because of a lack of aesthetic beauty. Even then you would be off average and slim vs average and fat in the mating/marriage market.

I have to say that the stereotype overspills onto the heavyset Caucasian women too.

As a man of colour 80% of pale women viewing my profile or messaging me are BBW's. I think this is due to the belief that is what we want. Weirdly it states requirements of 'petite and slim; on my profile but this doesn't stop them messaging me. Some when they eventually take the time to read my profile can become quite abusive...but they messaged me first!

I am always polite and thank them for their message.

First you are sterotyping, second you're blaming fat women for you not being able to get a black man. Believe me, the reason you don't feel like you can get a black man is not because you're skinny. There are other issues at hand if you're having problems attracting men. Personally I think you've been hurt, or possibly an ex now and not sure how to deal with it and want to vent your frustrations. That's fine, but pointing the finger at a fat woman isn't the answer. Discover yourself, learn to love yourself and be happy with who you are. Someone will discover your own special beauty and fat women won't even cross your mind anymore. Have fun and enjoy life.

it's not all black I am Caucasian with a Caucasian husband who likes me heavy .However I do not like myself heavy because I have only been this way since I married him. .It may be cute to him but It does take years off your life and it isn't healthy I think it is how comfortable each person is in their on skin .

i think it is because some guys not only black guys, believe me, like heavier women because they will take care of them and do things for them that other women would not do. They are willing to sometimes put up with things that other women would not put up with because, some of these girls don't think that they can do any better. Wrong!
