Sure. Sex is good for you. Makes you relax. You don't need to go at it as if you are running a marathon: a slow, comfortable . . . well, there's a drink by that name (like a screwdriver made with Sloe gin and Southern Comfort).
Anyway, I agree you need to keep your inhaler(s) within arm's reach, just in case.

Sex is healthy for all people, but not in all forms. Masturbation is a form of sex. As for your question, new studies indicate asthmatics may have a less than satisfactory sex life overall.

I would say it is healthy as long as, like everyone suggested, you keep your inhaler handy, and also do it in a faithful, monogamous relationship.
