I'm not sure if pages matter, but as long as the conflict is solved and there's some sort of character development, also it has to have multiple acts, or else it's considered a "one act," not a standard length play.

When I took a playwriting class we were given the guidelines that one page would equal about 1 minute on stage.
Now you just need to know how long a "standard length" play is.

I think 3 acts is the ideal. you will have to consider the length of time each act takes to perform. Maybe half-hour each? The number of pages is totally irrelevant.
