Standing inside a busy store. a man come and gets gas, when he gets out of the car, he knocks a turbin on the ground. he continues to get gas, while doing this, he lights a cigarette with a blow torch.
would this seem a little fishy?

I'm not sure about all the rest, I just want to know, Did he fill his camel up with regular, or premium??

First off, it is spelled turban. Secondly, of what significance is the turban? If you're trying to implement that the man is from Iraq and is some kind of terrorist, you are way off. Turbans are generally worn by males who are from Punjab, Pakistan, and other places in India or are Muslim. And just because he is wearing a turban, it does not mean he is a terrorist. Only a narrow-minded racist would think like that.
But let's just assume you meant nothing by the turban. If you saw a man lighting a cigarette with a blowtorch, what would your first reaction be? First of all, a blowtorch would most likely burn something around the man or the man himself. And it is obvious that his actions would seem a little erratic as he is in a gas station, smoking, when it is clearly understood that smoking in a gas station can lead to explosions. Therefore, it can be concluded that his actions would seem erratic and unrational, maybe, but fishy? Only a racist person who is implementing that the man is terrorist would say that.

There is an emergency switch at every service station that will shut down every pump. If you see an open flame near gas pumps - wherever it comes from - you have every right to find that switch and hit it. The police will quickly follow up, believe me. The guy with the "turbin" will certainly being facing justice if that is how he is behaving - and the station owner will make sure he is prosecuted because of the shutdown. But relax. Just follow your instincts if something dangerous is happening and try not to hold it with you so long - the "coulda woulda shoulda's" are not fun things to think about it. Just know that every dangerous situation has an immediate and rational response, what ever it is and where ever it is.

Ummm I would be calling the cops because he has a BLOWTORCH and it is LIT at a gas station. Who gives a **** about the turbin. Also every gas station I have been to has a sign saying no smoking or open flames.

It is against the law to have a active source of ignition within 25 feet of a gas pump, so tell him that after you yell at him real loud to put the damn thing out. If he refuses, spray him with gas and RUN LIKE HELL!
