There is no excuse for what happened.He and law enforcement is to blame.Him or her it doesn't matter.All Hispanics love to drink.Particular corona's,modela.I'm not saying they have a problem with it.They just have to curb it.They are not home.The person should go to jail for life if not 25 to life.It has nothing to do with not reading English.If he spoke English and still ran her that doesn't excuse the fact of being Drunk.That is why we need to get a handle on the immigration problem.

I am sorry I do not get the point of some people who say it happens with others too-rather black or white or Indian. Some could be prevented if laws were followed and some were not here Illegally. No, I think it probably happened because he was drunk. And if he couldn't read English, what is he doing here driving anyway. He has no right to even be here, let alone drive. Then being drunk to top that off.
